Standard terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment via T/T bank transfer. For established partners, we offer flexible terms including L/C (Letter of Credit). First orders are always T/T.

We ship FOB Ulaanbaatar. Air freight (7–10 days) and sea freight (25–35 days via Tianjin port) available.

We sign NDA agreements before any project begins. Your designs, tech packs, and brand information are treated as strictly confidential. We never reproduce client designs for other buyers or our own collection.

Sample cost varies by complexity — typically $80–$200 per style for cashmere garments. For orders of 150 pcs or more per style, sampling is free — the cost is deducted from your bulk order. Counter-samples from your existing garments can also be arranged.

Every piece is checked for measurements, stitching, color consistency, and finishing. Our QC line processes up to 2,000 pcs/month. Pre-shipment photos and inspection reports are shared before dispatch. Third-party inspection welcome.

We produce the full range of knitwear: sweaters, cardigans, dresses, pants, leggings, scarves, hats, gloves, socks, and balaclavas. We offer Women’s, Men’s, and Kids lines. Detailed product catalog with pricing is shared after initial inquiry.
