Purpose This document describes our policy for responding to requests to delete user data in accordance with Mongolia’s Personal Data Protection Law. This policy describes the user’s rights and AVANT’s obligations and responsibilities regarding the deletion of the user’s personal data.
Individual Rights Individuals have the right to have their personal data deleted, and the basis of this right is to provide them with the opportunity to request the deletion or deletion of their personal data if it is no longer necessary for their continued use.

What information does AVANT store? AVANT’s online system collects and stores customer information in order to provide tailored services to customers. We store and use user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at: https://avantcashmere.com/privacy-policy/ . With your consent, we may store personal information (including the above information, address, phone number and notes) in our CRM system to contact you about AVANT news, products and promotions.
How to delete data? If you request the deletion of your account or personal information after purchasing a product or service from AVANT, we will, upon request (email contact@avantcashmere.com ), close your account and delete your personal information. We can remove your information from CRM by making a request to contact@avantcashmere.com . We are responsible for deletion within one month (30 calendar days) and will notify you and confirm the deletion.
